Job summary

Publicis Sapient seeks a Director of Product Management to lead digital product delivery for major client engagements. You will shape strategy, own roadmaps, and drive outcomes in partnership with experience, analytics, marketing, and technology teams.

You will manage a team of Digital Product Managers, turning complex inputs into clear roadmaps while ensuring alignment with business goals and KPIs. This role demands stakeholder leadership, global collaboration, and a track record of delivering

Qualifications

• Track record of building or owning large digital products or properties.
• Demonstrated portfolio of user-centric digital experiences with positive KPI impact.
• Significant industry knowledge in Financial Services.
• Experience leading digital product scrum teams.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams (PMs, Scrum Masters, UI/UX, marketing, engineering).
• Strong data interpretation to drive decisions.
• Ability to translate inputs into a clear, communicable vision.
• Results-oriented with influencing, problem solving, and negotiation skills.
• Strong communication and storytelling abilities.
• Knowledge of current digital web and application standards.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy for a digital product and communicate strategy to teams and partners.
• Align product strategy with organizational goals.
• Turn strategy into executable roadmaps.
• Build understanding of digital product value to core users.
• Identify core user journeys with product.
• Incorporate domain roadmaps (Experience, Analytics) into product roadmap.
• Gather inputs from quantitative/qualitative data, user testing, market research to drive roadmap.
• Use data to develop hypotheses and business cases.
• Be accountable for product performance against goals and KPIs.
• Manage stakeholder intake requests and guide partners through intake process.
• Lead decisions on product team ownership, structure and cost.
• Manage team of Digital Product Managers.
• Lead Product Teams to communicate vision and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with product owners to incorporate knowledge and data into feedback loops.
• Work with portfolio and technology teams to prioritize and deliver roadmaps.
• Escalate roadmap impacts and issues to leadership and present.
