Job summary

Duncan & Ross Consulting is seeking a Senior UI/UX & Product Designer to shape digital products for Arabic and English-speaking users. You will own end-to-end UX/UI, RTL and LTR experiences, and contribute to product strategy across web and mobile platforms.

The role requires 6–8+ years in UI/UX and Product Design, a strong portfolio, and advanced Figma skills. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and a focus on accessible, responsive design are essential.

Qualifications

6–8+ years of experience in UI/UX and Product Design.
Fluent in Arabic and English with strong RTL design experience.
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX/UI and product design.
Advanced proficiency in Figma and prototyping.
Experience designing web and mobile services.
Knowledge of user journeys, wireframes, interaction design, and usability testing.
Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and design systems.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end UX/UI and product design for web and mobile digital services.
Design intuitive Arabic/RTL and English/LTR user experiences.
Develop user journeys, personas, information architecture, wireframes, and user flows.
Create high-fidelity Figma prototypes and interactive designs.
Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into design improvements.
Ensure responsive and accessible designs across web and mobile platforms.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into user-friendly and visually engaging digital experiences.
Maintain design systems, UI standards, and reusable components.
Support design reviews and ensure consistency throughout the product lifecycle.
