Job summary

Jobgether SRL in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior Product Analyst (CX) to own the product metrics framework, turn data into growth opportunities, and validate hypotheses in a highly collaborative, distributed environment.

You will design and analyze A/B tests, specify data tracking, and partner with Product and Data Engineering to ensure reliable reporting and actionable recommendations that guide prioritization.

Qualifications

• Higher education degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering, or another relevant technical discipline.
• Advanced knowledge of mathematical statistics and probability.
• Hands-on experience with MS SQL, Python, and Excel.
• Experience designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests with statistical evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the product metrics tree with clear definitions and impact.
• Validate metrics and dashboards with Data Engineering for reliability.
• Investigate fluctuations and anomalies with product leads.
• Identify bottlenecks and meaningful customer segments.
• Design and analyze A/B tests including sample-size and effect size.
• Define data-tracking requirements for experiments.
