Job summary

Qiddiya is seeking a Senior Manager - Procurement to lead procurement for major construction and infrastructure projects in Riyadh. You will drive sourcing, contract management, and supplier performance to align with program objectives, timelines and budgets.

Reporting to the Director - Procurement, you will implement the department strategy, develop policies and controls, mentor the team, and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver value, risk management and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in procurement management within mega construction programs.
• Experience with enterprise procurement software (Ariba, Prism, SAP).
• Knowledge of procurement legislation and governance.
• KSA/Middle East experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement activities and ensure TES-aligned delivery.
• Execute complex contracts and manage vendor relationships.
• Implement procurement strategy to meet objectives and budgets.
• Develop policies, processes, and controls for the department.
• Coordinate with departments to define procurement plans and needs.
• Support change orders and governance through contract amendments.
• Foster cross-department collaboration and continuous improvement.
