Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (or related field).
• 7+ years of planning experience in construction/infrastructure projects.
• Primavera P6 expert; strong knowledge of project control methods (EVM, critical path).
• PMP certification required; SP certification is a plus.
• Advanced skills in Excel & Power BI.
• Experience in GCC contracting practices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop baseline schedules in Primavera P6 and ensure client approvals.
• Monitor project progress, identify delays, and propose recovery actions.
• Perform delay impact analysis and support EOT claims.
• Coordinate with project, procurement, and technical teams for smooth execution.
• Prepare and present dashboards/reports using Excel & Power BI.
• Track manpower, equipment, and productivity performance against baselines.
