Job summary

Johnson and Johnson is seeking a Supply Chain professional to lead demand planning, S&OP and IBP activities across brands and regional markets. You will forecast, analyze data, and coordinate with marketing, sales, finance, and operations to ensure aligned, executable plans.

The role requires 3+ years in supply chain, familiar with ERP and IBP, strong Excel skills, and fluency in English and Arabic. You will drive forecast accuracy, manage inventory health, and support new product introductions

Qualifications

  • University degree in Engineering, Business Management, or similar.
  • At least 3 years experience in Supply Chain.
  • Hands on experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning and S&OP.
  • Prior ERP experience and IBP experience or qualification.
  • Experience working with quantitative & qualitative data and creating reports.

Responsibilities

  • Forecasting and S&OP management; maintain and understand sales data at different aggregation levels.
  • Brands, sub-brands, SKUs, variants, sizes; distribution channels and demand groups.
  • Gather information and document assumptions from historical data and BI from sales, marketing, finance, retailers and others.
  • Produce unconstrained base demand plan using statistical modelling with Central planning team.
  • Maintain and validate activity calendars and events forecasting building blocks.
  • Collaborate with regional planning teams to align priorities and action plans.
  • Analyze gaps in financials, capacities, inventory to drive cross-functional alignment.
  • Measure forecast accuracy and initiate actions to improve it.
  • Support new product introductions and PIPO changes at SKU level.
  • Ensure product codes are created in the system at the right time.
  • End-to-end SC management for CAPEX instruments and related forecasting.

Job description

Main Responsibilities
  • Forecasting and S amp OP Management Maintain and understand the sales data at different aggregation levels
  • Brands Sub-brands SKUs variants sizes Distribution channels demand groups and demand locations
  • Gather information and document assumptions based on historical data business intelligence gathered from sales marketing finance retailers and other sources
  • Produce unconstrained base demand plan utilizing statistical modelling in collaboration with Central planning team
  • Maintain & validate assumptions of activities calendar and events forecasting building blocks
  • Facilitate parts of the S amp OP process to gain consensus and alignment with all stakeholders involved in the process to arrive at one unbiased aligned number practicing the IBP concepts
  • Analyses gaps financials capacities inventory etc from unit-based plans to drive alignment between business functions
  • Measure and track the forecast accuracy at different levels and initiate action plans to continuously improve forecast accuracy
  • Manage a group of brands maintain the lead in supporting the S amp OP process by ensuring the local market insights are captured in forecast Risk management and Inventory Health
  • Work with the Medical team to identify manage and communicate supply criticalities to all stakeholders outside the frozen horizon
  • Collaborates with the regional supply planners to assign the right priority and action plan to minimize such supply risks
  • Work with the Regulatory Affairs team to avoid and minimize the risk associated with MDD-MDR Transition in the Middle East
  • Coordinate with regional planning MDR project team local marketing and commercial on forecast validation to ensure enough stock build during blackout period
  • Performs SLOB risk analysis and initiate action plans with marketing commercial team to keep SLOB provisions at minimum level
  • New Products Introduction Locally own NPI project management from supply chain point of view collaborating with regional supply planners regulatory marketing commercial and operations team to ensure successful on time NPI launch
  • Manage Phase in Phase Out PIPO changes at SKU level and communicate changes to all stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Data Governance to ensure product codes are created in the system at the right time
  • E2E SC Management for DPS CAPEX Instruments Responsible for forecasting all CAPEX requirements post alignment with all key stakeholders Marketing Sales Finance Regional Planning
  • Collaborate with regional planning and customer service for full allocation of instrument sets
  • Collaborate with local and source deliver and CS teams to ensure complete fulfillments
  • Ensure BO are regularly reviewed and executed as early as possible
Professional and Personal Qualifications
  • University degree in Engineering, Business Management, or similar
  • Courses in Supply Chain/Logistics
  • At least 3 years experience, in Supply Chain
  • Hands on experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning and S&OP
  • Prior ERP experience and IBP experience or qualification
  • Experience working with quantitative & qualitative data and creating reports
  • Expertise in Excel and skilled in Word and Power Point
  • Fluency in English and Arabic language
