Job summary

LG Electronics is looking for a Demand Planner in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to develop and maintain demand forecasts using historical data and market trends. You will lead the sales and operations planning cycle and monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in demand planning, is familiar with planning tools like SAP IBP, and understands Saudi market dynamics. This position supports new product launches and presents insights to management.

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and business inputs.
• Lead monthly S amp OP sales amp operations planning cycle and align with Sales Marketing and Supply Chain teams.
• Analyze forecast accuracy and implement improvement actions to reduce gaps.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess and obsolescence.
• Support new product launches with forecasting and demand planning strategies.
• Prepare and present demand planning reports, insights, and risks to management.
• Collaborate with supply planning and procurement teams to ensure efficient replenishment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in demand planning / forecasting / supply chain.
• Exposure to demand planning tools (SAP IBP, APO, Anaplan, Kinaxis).
• Experience in data analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Understanding of Saudi market dynamics and demand patterns.
