Qualifications

• 12 years of MRO shipyard experience (Bachelor's) or 17 years (Diploma).
• Substantial exposure to piping welding operations.
• Experience in team leadership within ship repair or oil & gas.

Responsibilities

• Manage welding activities and supervise welding supervisors.
• Attend daily meetings to report project status.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and ensure quality standards are met.
• Monitor man-hours and manage costs effectively.
