Job summary

FORFix is seeking a General Operations and Projects Manager to oversee daily operations and all projects/sites from the Riyadh region. The role reports to the Executive Director and drives operational plans, budgets and schedules across multiple projects.

The candidate will lead project managers, engineers, supervisors and crew, ensure quality, monitor profitability, and coordinate with clients, consultants and main contractors. Strong leadership and Saudi market experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required (civil engineering, project management, business administration or equivalent).
• Minimum 8 years in contracting with at least 3 years in a managerial/leadership role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects/sites concurrently and achieve targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the company and all projects/sites.
• Prepare operational plans and prioritize projects.
• Allocate workforce, materials and resources as needed for each project.
