Black Tie Consultancy, partnering with a leading construction consultancy in Saudi Arabia, seeks a Senior Resident Engineer to lead the Construction Supervision team on site and be the Consultant’s face to the Client, contractors and stakeholders.

You will review programmes, method statements, shop drawings, RFIs, change orders and claims, ensuring quality, safety and environmental standards through testing, commissioning and handover.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture with 20+ years of experience, including 10+ years in KSA or the Gulf.
• PMP certified with proven project management credentials.
• Familiarity with Aconex as the official correspondence protocol.
• Fluent English with strong presentation and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Construction Supervision team and represent the Consultant on site.
• Review contractor programmes, method statements, shop drawings and submittals.
• Oversee RFIs, variation orders, claims and payment certification.
• Keep quality, safety and environmental standards high through testing, commissioning and handover.
