Job summary

Proger is seeking a Site Supervisor to supervise architectural and civil works on site, verify conformance with drawings, specifications and quality standards, and approve completed works within the assigned authority.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in architecture, have at least five years of relevant experience including in Saudi Arabia and the private sector, and be available for full-time, on-site work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including Saudi Arabia.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and civil drawings.
• Full-time presence on site is required.
• Preference will be given to Saudi nationals.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspect architectural and civil works on site.
• Verify that works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Inspect and approve completed works within the assigned scope of authority.
• Report defects and follow up on corrective actions.
• Maintain inspection records and coordinate with the project team.
