You will be tasked with sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessing and selecting top‑tier cabin crew candidates. Further, you will assist with conducting engaging assessment days across global cities to identify true potential. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong report management skills as well as a tech‑friendly disposition to leverage technology to assist with the sheer volume of applicants. An eye for talent and a passion for telling our incredible story, you will attract passive and talented candidates to our organisation. You will represent the RX brand making potential hires feel at ease while ensuring their alignment with the needs of the business.

About You

Ideally, you will possess a combination of Cabin Crew experience, coupled with at least 2 years of Crew recruitment experience.
