Qualifications
- 12+ years in web development with .NET / .NET Core.
- 5+ years leading development teams.
- 3+ years in Agile/Scrum.
- Strong SQL Server (design and performance tuning).
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, and Domain-Driven Design.
- Microservices and distributed systems experience.
- Angular experience (frontend) and exposure to OutSystems.
- Experience in government or financial-sector environments.
- Experience with NCA and DGA requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the development team and manage technical tasks and sprints.
- Design solution architecture, distributed systems, and microservices.
- Build complex REST/SOAP integrations.
- Enforce code review, coding standards, and security best practices.
