Job summary
700Apps is seeking a .NET Team Lead to direct development and technical delivery of an enterprise Board Management System. You will blend hands-on architecture with team leadership and code quality ownership.
Responsibilities include guiding the development team, designing distributed systems, and overseeing CI/CD practices, with experience in government or financial sectors and NCA/DGA requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in business/admin or IT.
- 12+ years in web development with .NET / .NET Core.
- 5+ years leading development teams.
- 3+ years in Agile/Scrum.
- Strong SQL Server design and performance tuning.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and web services.
- Microservices and distributed systems experience.
- Angular frontend experience; exposure to OutSystems.
- Experience in government or financial-sector environments.
- Experience with NCA and DGA requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the development team and manage technical tasks and sprints.
- Design solution architecture, distributed systems, and microservices.
- Build complex REST/SOAP integrations.
- Enforce code review, coding standards, and security best practices.
- Implement NCA and DGA requirements in technical solutions.
- Oversee CI/CD and DevOps practices.
