Job summary

WSP Global Inc. is seeking an experienced MEP Manager to oversee Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems for a high-rise project in Riyadh.

You will guide design, coordination, and on-site implementation to meet project specifications, timelines, and quality requirements, working within WSP’s PMC framework. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 12–15 years’ experience, including 5 years in a managerial role on large-scale projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 12–15 years of experience with at least 5 years in a managerial role on large-scale/high-rise projects.
• Pre-contract experience including design reviews, tender evaluations, and technical submissions.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all MEP activities for the project under WSP’s PMC scope.
• Review and monitor MEP design and ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Coordinate between consultants, contractors, and stakeholders for smooth execution.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, international standards, and client specifications.
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and risk related to MEP works.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve design or site issues promptly.
• Prepare progress reports and present updates to the client and internal teams.
