Starcom Middle East is seeking a highly organized Media Manager to lead client media plans, manage budgets, and drive ROI across offline and online channels in Riyadh. You will partner with clients and internal teams to translate strategic goals into actionable media activations.

The role requires strong project management, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of market trends. You will mentor junior team members and ensure high-quality deliverables on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in media planning or a related role.
• Proven ability to mentor and lead a team of planning executives.
• Digital certifications across major platforms (Meta, Google, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Twitter).
• Strong organizational skills, teamwork, multitasking, and ability to work under pressure.
