Job summary

FISHER HUMAN RESOURCES CONSULTANCIES L.L.C. seeks an experienced Mechanical QA/QC Inspector to lead on-site inspections for DCP and Cooling Tower projects.

The role requires witnessing welding inspections and NDT activities, plus thorough review of ITPs, WPS, PQR, and method statements. The candidate should have 5+ years in mechanical QA/QC within EPC environments, be familiar with ASME/AWS standards, and possess strong reporting capabilities to ensure compliance with FEED and project

Qualifications

• Valid ASNT Level II (NDT Level 2) certification.
• CSWIP / CWI certification (preferred).
• Experience in Cooling Tower and District Cooling Plant (DCP) projects.
• Strong knowledge of FEED documentation and quality procedures.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in mechanical QA/QC within EPC projects.
• Familiar with ASME, AWS and related standards.
• Strong reporting and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical inspections for DCP and Cooling Tower works
• Conduct and witness welding inspections and NDT activities
• Review and verify ITPs WPS PQR and method statements
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and FEED requirements
• Coordinate with third-party inspection bodies and client representatives
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain QA QC documentation
• Monitor site execution to ensure adherence to quality standards
• Identify non-conformities and support corrective actions
