Job summary

JASARA PMC invites a Senior Mechanical Manager to lead our mechanical engineering activities, directing a skilled team to deliver designs and systems that meet project specifications and industry standards.

You will manage project timelines, budgets and resources, ensure compliance with local codes, provide technical guidance to engineers, and represent the mechanical department in project meetings to drive quality and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering; master's degree preferred.
• 15+ years in mechanical engineering, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.
• Experience managing engineering teams and complex projects in construction or infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and QA processes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM.
• Understanding of local building codes, regulations, and sustainability.
• Mechanical Professional Engineer license is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
