Job summary

Jasara Program Management Company (Jasara PMC) seeks an experienced MEP Manager Architecture to lead the design and review of mechanical, plumbing, district cooling, firefighting and gas services across project stages from concept to execution. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, clients and contractors to ensure compliant, efficient designs that meet local codes and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering is required.
• Master's degree is desirable.
• Registration as a chartered mechanical engineer is required (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire design process for mechanical, plumbing, district cooling, firefighting and gas services from concept to construction.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, clients, contractors and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver compliant design solutions.
• Ensure coordination with internal and external design teams to deliver high‑quality drawings on time and within budget.
• Conduct design review meetings and provide technical guidance to clients and teams.
• Monitor progress, resolve design-related challenges, and report on issues promptly.
• Maintain meticulous project documentation including design records, change orders and approvals.
• Comply with QA/QC procedures and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.
