Zusammenfassung

Power International Holding (PIH) seeks a senior materials and procurement specialist to support critical projects in Qatar and KSA. You will review material specs, prepare submissions, and liaise with vendors and consultants to ensure compliance with project scope and specifications.

You will manage technical documentation, support procurement tracking, and assist in safety and IMS-aligned processes on site, aligning with the Sr. Technical & Engineering Manager.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or architecture required.
• Knowledge of local and international specification codes.
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills; detail oriented.
• Experience with SAP, AutoCAD and analytical tools is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple disciplines and priorities.

Aufgaben

• Assess material specs, review submittals, and identify risks.
• Prepare material submissions and pre-qualifications for consultants.
• Coordinate with vendors and site teams to clarify queries.
• Develop technical library with supplier profiles and catalogs.
• Review proposals to align with scope and commercial needs.
• Support procurement tracking and schedule management.
• Assist with HSE initiatives and safety incidents per IMS policies.
• Study contract documents to ensure compliance with specs.
