Senior Manager – SAP Finance (FI/CO) | Accenture Middle East

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead SAP FI/CO solution design and delivery across large‑scaleBangladesh‑ERP transformations, leveraging deep finance expertise and proven leadership to drive best‑practice solutions.

Role Summary

As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert (Senior Manager), you will shape delivery excellence, drive innovative practices, and bring deep SAP Finance expertise to complex transformation engagements. You will be a trusted advisor to the client and a thought leader within the organization, contributing to strategy, solution design, and successful execution. You will leverage your technical knowledge, business acumen, and stakeholder management skills to lead teams, influence key decisions, and ensure delivery of best‑practice SAP‑enabled business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP FI/CO solution design and delivery across a large‑scale ERP transformation
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders
• Drive best‑practice finance solutions and innovative delivery approaches
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure aligned, on‑time delivery
• Facilitate workshops, manage governance, and oversee project progress (PMO)
• Mentor teams and contribute to a high‑performance delivery culture

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Expert proficiency in SAP FI/CO Finance with extensive implementation experience
• Proven experience leading large‑scale ERP or digital transformation programs
• Strong consulting background with ability to shape strategy and deliver outcomes
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive consensus
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills

Preferred / Recommended

• Advanced proficiency in Project Management Office (PMO) methodologies
• Experience working in large, complex, multi‑vendor program environments
• Prior experience in the Middle East, preferably Saudi Arabia
• Exposure to public sector, giga‑projects, or large entertainment/infrastructure programs is a strong advantage
