Job summary

Jasara Program Management Company is seeking a Senior Manager - Project Controls to lead all financial, commercial, cost management, forecasting, and earned value reporting across projects. You will provide leadership with accurate financial insights, governance, and decision support.

The role requires 10–15 years of project controls experience, proficiency with PRISM, Primavera P6, Aconex, ARM, and PowerBI, and collaboration with Finance, Procurement and Commercial teams to ensure reporting

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
10–15 years of project controls leadership experience on multi-discipline projects.
Regional experience preferred in major construction environments.

Responsibilities

Lead cost management, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting for assigned projects.
Develop and manage Earned Value Management (EVM) systems and reporting.
Monitor cost performance, cash flow forecasts, and financial KPIs.
Provide monthly and executive-level cost and financial reports.
Collaborate with Finance, Procurement and Commercial teams on reporting alignment.
Develop dashboards and automated reporting solutions using Power BI.
