Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of cost management strategies across residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects
• Oversee the preparation and evaluation of cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts to facilitate informed decision-making
• Conduct detailed analysis of project costs, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and implementing necessary actions
• Collaborate closely with project managers and other stakeholders to integrate cost management processes within project lifecycles
• Manage and mentor a dedicated team of cost professionals to promote best practices in cost management
• Review tenders, contracts, and claims, ensuring the alignment of cost implications with the contractual obligations
• Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on cost performance, highlighting any concerns or opportunities

Requirements
