Job summary

NTU International A/S, leading a consortium for EU-funded Egypt Downtown Facility, seeks a Senior Non-Key Expert – Macroeconomic Reform to support macroeconomic and fiscal analysis, structural reforms, and evidence-based policy development in Egypt.

The role focuses on enhancing resilience and competitiveness through policy advice, background papers, and rapid technical assistance, leveraging expertise in macroeconomics and public finance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in economics, macroeconomics, public finance, development economics, or a related field.
• Arabic is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support macroeconomic and fiscal analysis initiatives and structural reform assessments in Egypt.
• Prepare background papers and recommendations on economic policy.
• Contribute to policy dialogue and capacity strengthening for Egyptian partner entities.
