Linnk Group is seeking a Senior/Lead Business Analyst with extensive Asset/Investment Management experience to drive end-to-end analysis across Business, Operations, Data and Technology in Riyadh, KSA. Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of Business Analysis experience in Asset/Investment Management.
• Ability to independently lead complex analysis across Business, Operations, Data and Technology.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation.
• Experience with platforms such as Advent APX, SimCorp, Charles River, Aladdin, Bloomberg AIM, FactSet.
• Strong data analysis skills; SQL desirable.
• Asset/Investment Management BA background strongly preferred.

Client is seeking an experienced Senior/Lead Business Analyst with a strong background in Asset and Investment Management to lead complex analysis workstreams across Business, Operations, Data, and Technology. This is a hands‑on role for a mature, analytical BA who can independently drive analysis from problem definition through to an implementable solution — not a requirements‑documentation role.

Client: Location: Riyadh, KSA

Contract: 12 months, extendable

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, and management across business, operations, and technology stakeholders
• Translate complex business needs into clear, implementable business and functional requirements

Asset Management Domain Experience (required in several of the following)

• Investment Operations
• Order and Trade Lifecycle, including post-trade
• Investment Performance Measurement
• Investment / Client Reporting
• Valuation and NAV
• Benchmarks, market data, and investment data
• Cash, position, and transaction reconciliation
• Mutual Funds and/or Discretionary Portfolio Management (DPM)

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of Business Analysis experience, with significant hands‑on experience in Asset/Investment Management
• Proven ability to independently lead complex analysis across Business, Operations, Data, and Technology
• Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and analytical rigor
• Experience with platforms such as Advent APX, SimCorp, Charles River, Aladdin, Bloomberg AIM, FactSet, or similar is an advantage
• Strong data analysis skills, SQL desirable
• Genuine Asset/Investment Management BA background strongly preferred over general banking BA experience
