Job summary

ConFlip is seeking a Land Surveyor in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to join our team and perform surveying of land and buildings, measuring and recording data for mapping plots. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, with strong GIS and AutoCAD skills, and a valid driver’s license; Arabic and English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of land survey experience.
• Strong knowledge of legal land descriptions.
• Excellent communication in English and Arabic.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to drive in all terrains.
• Experience with GIS and surveying equipment.

Responsibilities

• Survey land and buildings and measure/record data for mapping plots.
• Operate surveying equipment and collect geographic data.
• Analyze geographic information systems (GIS) data.
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of survey results.
