Job summary

Kaplan Middle East & North Africa is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive end-to-end delivery for learning and development engagements. You will align with external and internal stakeholders to meet timelines, budget, and QC requirements, while mentoring coordinators to uphold PM standards.

You will coordinate with instructional designers, trainers, and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in learning and development.
• Experience leading end-to-end projects with stakeholder collaboration.
• Proven ability to manage scope, timelines and budgets effectively.
• Fluency in English required; Arabic is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans and timelines based on client requirements.
• Create detailed schedules with dependencies, milestones and deliverables.
• Assign tasks and track progress against the plan.
• Communicate status updates and risks to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with instructional designers, trainers, and operations teams.
• Conduct client communications to ensure requirements are met and issues addressed.
• Identify risks and devise contingency plans with project directors.
• Conduct post-mortems to improve delivery processes.
• Mentor and coach project coordinators to adhere to standards.
