Job summary

Midana Exploration Company in Saudi Arabia seeks a senior Manager, ITC to develop and drive the ITC strategy across all operations, ensuring secure, compliant, and reliable digital infrastructure that supports field activities and corporate needs.

The role requires regular travel to field sites across KSA, oversight of budgets, vendors and cross-functional teams, and leadership to advance digital transformation while meeting regulatory and PDPL requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15-20 years of experience implementing and managing ITC systems in mining/exploration.
• Proven experience leading, mentoring and managing ITC teams in an operational environment.
• Experience working with internal and external auditors providing audit data in a timely manner.
• Demonstrated experience with KSA ITC regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience working with external suppliers and multidisciplinary operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the ITC strategy and digital roadmap across KSA operations.
• Establish IT-as-a-Service culture and a customer-focused technology service delivery model.
• Lead the selection, implementation and integration of ITC systems and OT environments.
• Establish secure, reliable, scalable ITC infrastructure and cloud connectivity.
• Produce and manage ITC projects, budgets, procurement and vendors.
• Establish cybersecurity, data governance and risk controls to ensure compliance.
