We are seeking a skilled and proactive Sr. IT Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience providing technical support, maintaining IT systems, ensuring cybersecurity compliance, and managing modern device and user environments. This role plays a key part in supporting the company’s day-to-day technology operations and ensuring smooth, secure, and efficient IT performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • User Support: Provide technical assistance to staff for hardware, software, and network-related issues across Windows and macOS devices.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve system errors, application problems, and connectivity issues promptly.
  • System Maintenance: Manage routine updates, patches, and backups to maintain optimal system performance and security.
  • Cybersecurity: Implement and monitor security measures to protect company data, systems, and networks from threats and vulnerabilities.
  • MDM Administration: Configure, deploy, and manage devices using Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Google Workspace Administration: Oversee Google Workspace setup, user management, access control, and security configurations.
  • Documentation: Maintain up-to-date records of IT assets, configurations, and incident resolutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and vendors to resolve complex IT issues and enhance system reliability.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of total experience in IT support, system administration, or related roles.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency with Windows and macOS troubleshooting
    • Strong understanding of network fundamentals, cybersecurity principles, and IT best practices
    • Experience with MDM platforms (e.g., Jamf, Intune, or similar)
