Job summary

A leading security technology firm based in Riyadh is looking for a Software & I.T Support Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving IT and software issues across deployed X-ray systems. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in IT support, strong knowledge of Windows OS, and experience with Active Directory. The position requires the ability to integrate systems with customer networks and provide second and third-line support. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of IT and software support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Experience with Active Directory configuration and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve IT and hardware issues.
• Provide 2nd/3rd line support for IT systems.
• Diagnose software issues, capture logs, and perform triage.
