Job summary

Mirai in Riyadh is seeking a Senior IT Specialist to own our IT operations and endpoint management environment, driving improvements, scaling our device management, collaboration tools, and core IT infrastructure.

You will administer Google Workspace at an advanced level, manage Slack configurations and user access, troubleshoot network issues, and roll out an endpoint management solution (Ninja, Jamf, Intune) across company devices.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on IT experience in a dynamic environment.
• Strong experience administering Google Workspace.
• Strong experience administering Slack.
• Working knowledge of LAN/WAN, VPNs, DNS, DHCP.
• Experience rolling out or managing an RMM/endpoint management solution (Ninja, Jamf, Intune).
• Experience managing patching, updates, and device compliance.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Google Workspace at an advanced level, including user lifecycle management, security settings, and organizational policies.
• Manage and configure Slack, including workspace setup, permissions, and user management.
• Troubleshoot network-related issues with a practical understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, VPNs, DNS, DHCP).
• Roll out, manage, and maintain an endpoint management/RMM solution (Ninja, Jamf, Intune or similar).
• Oversee patch management, OS updates, and software deployments across company devices.
• Lead or support scalable endpoint management strategies for laptops and other endpoints, ensuring security and compliance.
