We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Network Specialist to lead and support the organization’s network infrastructure. The role is responsible for ensuring secure, stable, and high‑performing network operations while coordinating closely with internal IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.

• 4+ years of hands‑on experience in networking, IT infrastructure, or technical support.
• Minimum 2 years in a lead or supervisory network role.
• Strong expertise in routers, switches, firewalls, wireless networks, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with network monitoring, incident management, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
• Ability to coordinate with Infrastructure & Security, Applications Support, IT Service Desk, Warehouse & Operations teams, and external vendors/ISPs.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Certifications: CCNA / CCNP, Network+, ITIL (Network Security fundamentals preferred).
• Strong communication skills and ability to support retail and warehouse operations.
