Job summary

Moomoo in Riyadh seeks a Senior IT Engineer to own local IT infrastructure, operations, security and asset management end-to-end, acting as a liaison between the China HQ and the local team.

You will execute local IT strategy, ensure regulatory and information-security compliance, and drive global IT standards adoption locally. Minimum 5 years of progressive IT infrastructure experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of progressive IT infrastructure and operations experience.
• Experience with IT compliance programs (ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS) and audits.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, macOS, and PC hardware.
• Fluent in English for documentation and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Implement corporate IT standards, policies and security requirements and align local infrastructure with global IT architecture.
• Provide regular updates to HQ and local management, including incident escalation details and resolution status.
• Deliver IT infrastructure projects for offices and client sites from survey to rollout.
• Manage PC endpoint framework, deployment, support and troubleshooting of business apps.
• Maintain AV, CCTV, IP telephony and multifunction printers.
• Manage DNS/DHCP and regional network incidents.
