Job summary

Jobgether seeks an IT Automation & Platform Engineer to transform internal IT into a scalable, automated platform. You will architect and operate diverse business systems, APIs, and internal tools to support teams globally in a fully remote setup.

The role emphasizes security, Zero Trust, and AI-powered workflows, with responsibility for cloud infrastructure, identity management, and proactive automation across SaaS ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT/Platform engineering or related fields with senior ownership of internal business systems and automation.
• Strong programming/scripting in Python, Go, and Bash for production automation, integrations, and tooling.
• Hands-on AWS and GCP experience (VPC, IAM, EC2, S3).
• API/Integration engineering with REST/GraphQL, OAuth flows, webhooks, and SaaS SDKs.
• Experience with macOS/Linux environments and identity lifecycle automation including SSO/SAML/SCIM.

Responsibilities

• Architect and improve the internal business systems ecosystem across SaaS platforms and tools.
• Build automation tooling, internal services, and self-service IT workflows.
• Develop API-driven integrations (REST/GraphQL) and AI-assisted workflows.
• Operate cloud infra (AWS, GCP) and enforce security/compliance controls.
• Provide senior escalation support and ensure reliability with SRE practices.
