Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Integration Engineer based in Saudi Arabia to design, build, and maintain backend integrations across modern systems. You will leverage Python and TypeScript to create robust APIs and scalable services, working with GraphQL, Hasura, PostgreSQL, and cloud platforms.

A distributed US-based team requires 2–4 hours of overlap daily and a flexible remote setup. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in backend engineering, strong API and integration experience, and familiarity

Qualifications

• This role requires 10+ years of backend experience with production-grade systems.
• Hands-on Python and TypeScript development for APIs and integrations.
• Experience with GraphQL, Hasura, PostgreSQL, and cloud platforms is highly valued.
• Dental/healthcare tech integration experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex backend integrations using Python and TypeScript.
• Build robust APIs and integration services enabling reliable communication across apps.
• Architect scalable solutions for complex integration requirements.
• Maintain backend services with emphasis on reliability, performance, and security.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate integration needs into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement durable fixes.
• Contribute to API, data flow, and system interoperability decisions.
• Overlap 2–4 hours daily with U.S. time zones, ideally West Coast hours.
