Job summary

PwC Middle East is seeking a Senior Associate in Risk Consulting to help strengthen organizational resilience and governance. You’ll deliver end-to-end internal audit solutions, assess control design and effectiveness, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex engagement across the Middle East.

The role requires strong communication, analytic skills, and willingness to travel within the region.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Risk Management, Governance, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Pursuing or completed professional qualification such as CIA, CPA, CRMA, CFE, CGRCP, PMP, or CMA is a plus.
• Progressive experience at Senior Associate level or 3–6 years in internal audit, preferably in Big 4.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted advisor to clients on risk and internal controls.
• Engage with diverse teams from planning to completion of audits; track progress to meet timelines and KPIs.
• Improve client internal control maturity and develop internal audit and risk management strategies.
• Identify key risks, define audit methodology, and improve processes based on client objectives and regulatory environments.
• Build and maintain client relationships; identify opportunities on new/existing clients.
• Develop relationships and reflect PwC values in diverse teams; manage engagement budgets and economics.
• Lead teams and communicate with clients/stakeholders; develop test plans and report findings effectively.
• Support planning, implementation, and administration of Internal Audit Plans on the ground.
• Work on Internal Audit engagements focusing on compliance, financial, and operational audits.
• Draft audit findings, impacts, risks, and recommendations; contribute to service offerings in IA, risk & controls.
