Job summary

Yamama Cement in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior Instrument Technician to inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair instrumentation systems across plant operations, ensuring equipment reliability and safe operation.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, calibrate devices, apply LOTO, and support shutdowns and environmental monitoring. Industrial high school or diploma holders with 1–4 years in heavy industry are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Industrial High School or equivalent required.
• Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Control Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering or related field preferred.
• Industrial High School: 2–4 years of relevant experience; Diploma: 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in instrumentation maintenance within manufacturing or heavy industrial environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on instrumentation and control equipment.
• Inspect and troubleshoot field instruments to identify faults and ensure optimal performance.
• Execute routine inspections and prepare work requests for required maintenance activities.
• Install, calibrate, test, and verify instrumentation devices and measuring equipment.
• Apply Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and follow all safety requirements during maintenance.
• Monitor and maintain stack dust monitoring systems to ensure continuous compliance with environmental regulations.
• Coordinate spare parts, tools, and maintenance activities while maintaining accurate maintenance records.
• Support scheduled shutdowns and annual preventive maintenance programs.
