Job summary

Confidential Government** in Saudi Arabia seeks a senior site delivery lead for electrical infrastructure and residential utility connections on major destination development projects. You will oversee site activities, coordinate consultants, contractors, and PMO teams to ensure quality, cost, and schedule alignment.

Responsibilities include leading LV networks, distribution systems, service connections, and interfacing works with civil utilities; monitor performance, risks, and governance;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience.
• Experience in house Connections, LV networks, power distribution, service connections, and electrical utility infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the site delivery of electrical infrastructure works, including residential electrical connections, LV networks, distribution systems, service connections, and related utility corridors.
• Represent the Owner in coordinating consultants, contractors, utility providers, PMO teams, and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor the execution of residential electrical connections and ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved designs, specifications, standards, and project requirements.
• Review electrical construction methodologies, execution plans, technical reports, and site activities to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Monitor contractor performance, project risks, claims, quality, cost, and schedule, and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
• Coordinate electrical connections with civil and other utility works to ensure proper interfaces and timely site execution.
