Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Program Manager for the Saudi Arabia region to analyze complex supply chain problems and partner with Operations, Transportation, and Amazon Store teams. You will drive inventory management improvements and customer experience in a growing market.

The role requires demonstrated data-driven problem solving, strong communication with senior executives, and the ability to deliver long-term solutions across multiple functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years cross-functional with tech and non-tech teams experience.
• 3+ years defining and implementing process improvements using data and metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL knowledge.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data to determine improvements.

Responsibilities

• Plan weekly Inbound Forecast for KSA FC network.
• Work closely with Retail, Fulfilled by Amazon, FC Operations in areas including Inbound Planning, Sales and Operations Planning, Placement.
• Develop deep understanding / technical proficiency on all Supply Chain tools.
• Lead complex analysis, develop models and reports to drive key strategic decisions and support implementation on Operations topics across the region.
• Standardize methodologies and findings, develop tools to support the increasing complexity of KSA’s Supply Chain.
• Lead regional projects and support implementation on Inbound Supply Chain topics that improve the performance and execution.
