Job summary

AWS EMEA SARL (Saudi Arabia Branch) (Amazon) is seeking a hands-on Program Manager to lead cross-region initiatives in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role requires navigating ambiguity, coordinating with senior leadership, government entities, and strategic partners to drive complex programs to successful outcomes.

You will manage end-to-end delivery, build governance frameworks, and deliver data-driven status updates for executives while supporting Saudization and local talent development

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
• Experience building financial and operational reports for leadership.
• Ability to influence decisions and drive alignment without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Define program scope, milestones, and success metrics for cross-region initiatives in KSA.
• Drive end-to-end delivery from ideation to launch and scale.
• Identify risks early and propose mitigation paths.
• Coordinate with KSA stakeholders, government entities, and regulatory bodies for compliance.
