Job summary

DXC Technology invites an accomplished L2 Application Support lead to manage enterprise IBM Integration platforms in a demanding Riyadh environment.

You will mentor the L2 team, own incident lifecycle, perform RCA, and drive permanent fixes while coordinating with development, infrastructure, security, and operations to minimize outages.

This role requires strong stakeholder communication and strict adherence to ITIL, change, and release management processes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT experience with IBM Integration and support.
• Proven leadership of L2 Application Support teams.
• Hands-on ACE, IIB, and DataPower expertise.
• Strong incident, change, and problem management under ITIL.

Responsibilities

• Lead the L2 Application Support team for IBM Integration platforms to ensure high availability.
• Provide hands-on support for ACE, IIB, and DataPower environments.
• Resolve complex incidents and requests within SLAs.
• Drive RCA, permanent fixes, and changes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues.
• Mentor engineers and enforce ITIL processes.
