Job summary

Orange is seeking a senior strategist to design and manage governance frameworks for smart city initiatives in Riyadh, ensuring data protection, public accountability, and ethical AI deployment.

You'll lead business cases, financial models, and funding strategies across municipal projects, advise leaders on operating models and asset management, and build high-level partnerships with authorities, tech providers, academia, and communities.
