Job summary

Aramco is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Consultant to join the Health Protection Division within the Environmental Protection Department. The role focuses on setting health-related standards, implementing health surveillance, and advising management on health matters to mitigate occupational health risks across facilities.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with ability to write scientific reports and read technical material.
• General knowledge of oil industry processes, workers’ compensation, registries and information systems.

Responsibilities

• Implement and oversee health surveillance related processes.
• Evaluate job fitness and periodic medicals, including management of preventable occupational conditions and medical retirement assessments.
• Provide occupational health consultations on design of new projects to minimize health hazards.
• Develop and oversee occupational health programs in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee third-party medical providers for quality assurance of health assessments.
• Develop and implement Contractor Fitness to Work standards with ongoing tracking for compliance.
• Support standardized medical emergency planning and response for contractors.
