Job summary

Vrinda Global is seeking an experienced Project Manager for GIS Substations (ARAMCO Projects) in Saudi Arabia. The role requires 15+ years in EPC power transmission, with strong leadership and stakeholder management to drive projects from design to handover.

Responsibilities include schedules, budgets, procurement, and ensuring adherence to HSE and client specifications. Saudi ARAMCO familiarity is highly preferred, with GCC EPC contractor collaboration experience.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of EPC power transmission experience.
• 7–10 years in Project Management, preferably Saudi ARAMCO.
• Experience with GIS substations up to 230 kV.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end GIS substation EPC projects from engineering to handover.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Manage schedules, budgets, cash flow, and progress reporting.
• Ensure compliance with specifications, quality, HSE, and procedures.
• Oversee procurement, subcontracting, and site execution.
• Lead risk, contractual, and commercial matters and resolve issues.
• Conduct progress reviews and monitor milestones.
• Coordinate energization, snag clearance, punch-list and closure.
