Job summary

SSC Egypt in Dammam, Saudi Arabia seeks a senior FP&A leader to steer budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning. You will drive profitability analyses, prepare executive dashboards, and partner with Sales, Marketing and Manufacturing to optimize margins and working capital.

The role requires 10+ years in FP&A or related finance, hands-on SAP experience, and a track record of AI-enabled automation. Saudi nationals only; immediate joiners preferred; relevant certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in FP&A, Management Control, or related finance roles.
• Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP implementation.
• Practical experience applying AI-enabled finance automation.
• Saudi nationals only.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Monitor performance, analyse variances, and recommend actions.
• Prepare management reports, financial models, and dashboards.
• Analyse profitability by product, customer and sales channel.
• Support pricing, trade spending, rebates, and promotions.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing and Manufacturing to improve margins.
• Design and implement an FP&A operating model.
• Improve finance processes, roles, and service delivery.
• Strengthen Finance-IT-Sharded Services collaboration.
• Oversee SAP ERP initiatives with design, testing, go-live, stabilization.
• Lead finance requirements, process mapping, UAT, and readiness.
• Apply AI and automation to budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Automate repetitive finance activities using AI, RPA, workflows, BI.
