Job summary

SSC Egypt in Dammam, Saudi Arabia seeks a senior FP&A leader to steer budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning. You will drive profitability analyses, prepare executive dashboards, and partner with Sales, Marketing and Manufacturing to optimize margins and working capital.

The role requires 10+ years in FP&A or related finance, hands-on SAP experience, and a track record of AI-enabled automation. Saudi nationals only; immediate joiners preferred; relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Monitor financial performance, analyse variances, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare management reports, financial models, and executive dashboards.
• Analyse profitability by product, customer, and sales channel.
• Support pricing, trade spending, rebates, and promotional activities.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Manufacturing teams to improve margins, reduce costs, and optimize working capital.
• Design and implement an effective Finance and FP&A operating model.
• Improve finance processes, roles, responsibilities, and service delivery.
• Strengthen collaboration between Finance, IT, Shared Services, and business teams.
• Have completed at least one full-cycle SAP ERP implementation, from design and testing to go-live and stabilization.
• Lead finance requirements, process mapping, user acceptance testing, and implementation readiness.
• Apply AI and automation to budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and profitability analysis.
• Automate repetitive finance activities using AI, RPA, workflow tools, and BI platforms.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Experience: 10+ years in FP&A, Management Control, or related finance roles.
• SAP: Proven experience in at least one completed end-to-end SAP implementation.
• AI: Practical experience implementing AI-enabled finance automation.
• Nationality: Saudi nationals only.
• Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications:

• Professional certifications such as CMA, CPA, CIMA, ACCA, CFA, or SOCPA are preferred.
• An MBA is an advantage.
