Alpha Leadership Co. seeks a senior FP&A leader to oversee budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis across the organisation. You will report to the Group CFO and guide a growing FP&A team, delivering insightful financial plans and reports to support strategic decisions.

Responsibilities include modelling investment cases, monitoring performance against budget, and partnering with department heads to challenge plans and improve financial discipline.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• 2+ years in a managerial role.
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing businesses preferred.
• Strong financial modelling and forecasting skills.
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder communication.

Aufgaben

• Lead budgeting and forecasting: coordinate with department heads to deliver accurate plans.
• Develop and maintain financial models for profitability, scenario planning and investment cases.
• Monitor performance vs. budget and forecast with variance analysis and reports for CFO and leaders.
• Lead evaluation of capital investments using NPV, IRR and payback analysis.
• Partner with department heads to provide financial insight and challenge on plans.
• Prepare board and management reporting packages consolidating data from across the business.
• Lead and develop the FP&A team and improve planning systems and reporting automation.
