• Developing and managing the company's financial planning and forecasting processes fed by data from multiple departments and senior management.
• Leading annual budgeting, consolidating departmental budgets, and performing variance analysis for cost control and optimization.
• Supervising the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and presenting KPIs to senior management.
