Job summary

Jobgether, in partnership with a client, seeks a Senior FP&A Expert to design and evaluate advanced financial tasks for an AI evaluation project. Based in Saudi Arabia, this fully remote, project-based role leverages your FP&A acumen to build realistic scenarios, reference solutions, and robust evaluation criteria.

You will create detailed Excel models, perform budgeting and forecasting tasks, review AI-generated outputs for accuracy and relevance, and communicate findings with executive

Qualifications

• 5+ years FP&A, corporate finance, or equivalent.
• Advanced Excel and modelling with transparent formulas.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and rolling forecasts.
• Understanding of financial statements and debt covenants.
• Ability to build scenario-based models and assess impact.
• Experience reconciling information across sources.
• Strong written English communication.
• Attention to detail and independent judgment.

Responsibilities

• Design realistic FP&A tasks and business scenarios reflecting complex planning and decision-making.
• Develop comprehensive financial models and reference solutions with transparent assumptions.
• Create exercises covering budgeting, rolling forecasts, variance analysis, headcount planning.
• Build integrated analyses of income statements, balance sheets, cash flow, liquidity.
• Develop scenarios using multiple information sources (contracts, emails, docs).
• Review AI-generated models for accuracy, consistency, and relevance.
• Identify material errors, unsupported assumptions, and inconsistencies.
• Establish evaluation frameworks and acceptance criteria.
• Prepare precise task instructions, reference answers, and concise explanations.
• Apply structured guidelines and justify assessment decisions.
• Contribute FP&A knowledge to develop benchmarking for AI evaluation.
