Qiddiya Investment Company seeks an experienced Financial Analyst to join the finance team and deliver comprehensive analyses informing strategic decisions and driving operational efficiencies across large-scale projects.

The role covers budgeting, forecasting, and developing robust financial models to support investment strategies. Strong Excel skills, ERP familiarity, and clear communication with stakeholders are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5–7 years of relevant financial analysis experience, preferably in large-scale projects or entertainment/Real Estate sectors.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills, capable of presenting financial information clearly to stakeholders.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed financial analyses to evaluate project performance and inform investment decisions.
• Develop and maintain financial models to project future revenue, costs, and profitability.
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for management with insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with departments to support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Monitor financial performance metrics, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in preparing for external audits by providing financial documentation and ensuring compliance.
• Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in financial analysis and reporting.
